Bringing 10 Artists to Life Through Visual Storytelling

Some projects are more than just another assignment. They become milestones in your creative journey.

Eurovision Asia: Voice of Bangladesh 2026 was one of those projects for me. As part of Studio Z BD, I had the opportunity to work on the visual content for Bangladesh's national selection show for the inaugural Eurovision Song Contest Asia.

For this production, I created the visual content for all 10 competing songs, along with the event wallpaper designs. Each artist had a different musical identity, performance style, and creative direction. My challenge was to translate those differences into compelling visuals that could complement the music and enhance the live stage experience.

Creating 10 Distinct Visual Identities

One of the most interesting aspects of this project was that every performance needed its own visual identity.

Instead of approaching all 10 performances with the same visual style, I worked to develop content that reflected the character of each song. The music, mood, performance, costumes, and overall artistic direction all played an important role in shaping the visual approach.

Some performances called for bold and energetic imagery, while others required a more atmospheric, expressive, or carefully balanced visual treatment.

My goal was to make the visuals feel like a natural extension of each performance—not simply background graphics playing on an LED screen.

Working on 10 different songs within a single production also required consistency across the overall show while allowing every artist to stand out individually.

Designing Visuals for a Live Stage

Creating content for a live event is different from producing visuals for a conventional video.

On a live stage, visuals must work in real time, complement the performance, and remain effective within the physical environment. Screen dimensions, stage composition, lighting, timing, and the audience's viewing experience all influence the final result.

For Eurovision Asia: Voice of Bangladesh, the song visuals were developed for the live performance environment, with the aim of supporting the artists and strengthening the overall stage presentation.

Every visual decision had to serve the performance while contributing to the larger production.

Event Wallpaper Design

Alongside the song visuals, I also created the event wallpaper designs for the production.

Event wallpapers play an important role in maintaining a consistent visual identity across the stage and event environment. They help establish the overall look of a production and connect its different visual elements into one cohesive experience.

For a show featuring 10 different artists, maintaining that consistency was particularly important. The event wallpaper designs complemented the broader visual direction while serving a different purpose from the individual song content.

Together, these elements helped support the visual identity of the production.

Working with Studio Z BD

Studio Z BD was responsible for the Visual & Lighting Color Guide and Visual Production for the show, with Zunayed Sabbir Ahmed performing as the Live VJ.

Being part of this production allowed me to contribute to a large-scale live music event where visual content, lighting, performance, and broadcast presentation had to work together.

Live productions are always collaborative. The final experience depends on coordination between creative teams, artists, lighting designers, sound professionals, technical crews, and everyone working behind the scenes.

I am grateful to have contributed my work to this team and to have played a part in bringing the 10 performances to life through visual content.

A Milestone in My Creative Journey

Growing up, I was fascinated by the technical and creative side of live productions—the way lighting, visuals, cameras, sound, and stage design come together to create a memorable experience.

Working on Eurovision Asia: Voice of Bangladesh 2026 felt like a meaningful step forward in that journey.

Being able to create visuals for 10 artists on a production connected to an international music platform was an opportunity to apply my experience in motion graphics, visual storytelling, and digital content production to a demanding live environment.

Congratulations to Beatmosphere for winning Voice of Bangladesh 2026, and best wishes to all the participating artists.

I would also like to thank the Studio Z BD team and everyone involved in making this production possible.

For me, this project was not simply about creating graphics for LED screens. It was about understanding the music, interpreting each artist's identity, and turning those ideas into visuals that could be experienced live.

I look forward to creating more ambitious visual experiences for concerts, live events, and large-scale productions.
